Have you ever used a recruiting agency to find a job?
Yes
No

To understand how CareerAuction.com works please go to How it Works.

How much does this service cost?
CareerAuction.com is free for candidates. For recruiters there is no cost to bid, however if a recruiter has placed the winning bid for a candidate and they have placed them in a job that has satisfied a guarantee period the auction fee is due at that time.

As a candidate, when do I get paid?
You receive payment from CareerAuction.com if the winning recruiter has placed you in a job and you have fulfilled the guarantee period. (typically 90 days)

As a candidate, can recruiters view my contact details?
No, while your resume is on auction your contact information is not shown. This protects your anonymity until the auction is complete. The winning bidder/recruiter is provided with your contact details upon completion of the auction.

How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in you can change your password under the 'profile' section.

What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password you can click on the 'forgot password' on the main page and enter your email address. An email will be sent to the address with your login information.

I registered on the site, but did not receive an email with my password
If your email address was correct an email should be sent immediately containing your login information. Check to make sure the email you entered was correct. Any spelling errors in your email address would prevent a message confirming your registration.

I have created a resume but can't start an auction.
You must make sure your resume is fully complete before you can start an auction. This includes completing your work experience, education, references, skills and completing all of the screening questions. Each of these sections are required to begin the auction.
